  1. Select the appropriate cup size for the area you want to use the Ion cup on. 
  2. Power on the Ion Cup and set the modes (suction, heat, vibration, and pulse).
  3. Place the cup on your treatment area. The timer is automatically set to 10 minutes by default. It is recommended to use the cup on the treatment area for up to 10 minutes.
  4. For glide cupping, use the small gliding cup attachment. Apply massage oils/lotion on the area of treatment to ease gliding. Place cup on intended treatment area. Allow a couple of seconds for the suction to begin. Gently lift and glide the cup over the treatment area.

Note - bruising from cupping therapy may occur after each session.

Cupping therapy uses controlled suction to gently lift skin and underlying tissue, encouraging blood flow, easing muscle tension, and supporting recovery.

Up to once per day per muscle group; allow 24-48 hours before re-cupping the same spot.

The Ion Cup comes with a 30-day trial period. You can return your device for any reason (some exceptions apply) within 30 days for a full refund.

Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 30-day trial, which commences upon receipt of the product. Returns shipped after 30 days will not be accepted.

We offer a 1-year warranty on the Ion Cup. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. During the warranty period, Orion RLT will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of products that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
